I finally finished a big one!!! I started this last summer, so it was not a quick project, and I’m very proud to have finally finished Brennan’s “big boy” quilt. Not that he hasn’t been in a regular bed for a while, but this is the first bed-size quilt I’ve made for him since he has. It matches new curtains I made for his room last summer. I worked on my “Madrona Road Challenge” for the Modern Quilt Guild last night. I doubt that I’ll finish anything by the Jan 31 national deadline, but our local guild gave us until March, so I’m going to keep at it.
Anyway, I just have to show you what I did last night…it made me squeal!
